Kids Triathlon at Hale Reservation Kids Only Triathlon at Hale Reservation in Westwood/Dover, MA. on Sunday September 12th. Kids collected donations from friends, family, and neighbors to sponsor you!
We can't wait to hear how it went!!!!!
So far our Pals include: Ryan and Katie Robinson, and Emily Quitzau! Join them! Calvin will be there too (but just tell him you are raising money for DMD so he doesn't know about the hot tub).

Dear FCDC Staff,
I have a little cousin named Calvin. He is adorable, loving, and very talkative but he is not like any ordinary 8-year-old boy. Calvin was diagnosed with DMD, Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, when he was 5 years old. Duchenne is the most common genetic disorder diagnosed in childhood. It is a very progressive muscle wasting disease primarily affecting boys. There is no cure. So I want to make his life as great as it can be. One of Calvin’s wishes is to have a muscle helping hot tub and I want to make that wish come true. My other cousins and close friends are in on this plan too. Calvin and his family do not know of this plan of getting Calvin the hot tub, and we want to keep it that way until we get the hot tub. All I am asking for is that if you have spare change or dollars to donate to this cause. Thank you for reading this note and becoming aware of this disease.

Falmouth Road Race
We set up a tent at the Falmouth Road Race and sold arts and crafts. We made seaglass jewelry, keychains, notepads, and more. It was really fun! We made $210 at our event.
Coins for Cal Challenge (9/1 to 9/30)
We issued a challenge to all Pals for Cal - collect coins from your house, car, friends and family this week. Let's try to get to $1000! Good luck everyone! Michael Stys made this Jett Bank to collect coins at events. Let us know if you want to borrow it or have your very own!
